Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. An order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email; until then we may decline it, for example if a piece is no longer available.
Pieces are made in small numbers. If something you ordered cannot be finished in time, we tell you before any payment is taken.
Returns
You may return any piece within thirty days of delivery, unworn and with its labels. Returns are collected from your door at no cost, and refunds reach the original payment method within ten working days of arriving at the atelier.
Privacy
We keep only what we need to make and deliver your order and, if you ask, to write to you. We never sell personal data. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time by writing to atelier@ombrine.com.

The site uses cookies that remember your bag, your language and your light or dark choice. Measurement cookies are set only if you allow them, and you can change your mind on this page at any time.
